1. Name and seat of the association

Under the name "Amici di Casa Avanzini", an association within the meaning of the Swiss Civil Code, Art. 60 ff. is established, hereinafter referred to as the association.

The headquarters of the association is in Curio.

2. Purpose

The association aims to promote the public use of Casa Avanzini, to affirm its cultural importance and to defend the donor's intention. It aims to support artisans and artists in the Malcantone Region within the scope of its possibilities. It wants to act as a bridge with people outside the Region and Canton Ticino to make Casa Avanzini and its projects known.

3. Organs of the association

- The assembly of the association:

It meets once a year, appoints the committee and auditors, sets the social fee and approves the accounts.

- A representative committee of 5 to 9 members, which includes:
1 President

1 Vice-President

1 Secretary/Cashier

2 to 4 Members

It acts in accordance with the purpose of the association.

- 2 auditors and 1 deputy, for a term of 2 years

4. Liability

The association is liable for its commitments, both moral and financial.
Any personal liability of members is excluded.

5. Members of the association

- A member of the association is anyone who supports the purpose of the association and
contributes the social tax.

- The expulsion of a member is pronounced by the assembly on the proposal of the committee
managerial.

6. Final Provisions

- A 2/3 majority of the members present is required to amend the statutes.

- A 3/4 majority of the registered members is required for the dissolution of the association.

These statutes were approved by the constitutive assembly on 11.11.2000.
